EAP Counselor Position

Position: EAP Counselor Position with ComPsych
Provide essential mental health counseling as an EAP Counselor with Com Psych, conducting in-person sessions within your community. Support employees and families facing life's critical challenges.

This independent provider role emphasizes solution-focused counseling for personal and behavioral health. You will conduct assessments, develop strategies to manage stress and anxiety, and help clients improve their work-life balance. Your expertise is vital in guiding individuals through relationships and work-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver in-person EAP counseling to employees

• Perform intake assessments and clinical evaluations

• Aid clients in addressing relationship and work challenges

• Document clinical interactions per regulations

• Collaborate for effective case management

Requirements:

• Master’s degree or higher in behavioral health

• 3 years of clinical experience post-degree

• Highest qualified accreditation or registration

• Liability insurance where applicable

• Current resume or CV
