As a Radiation Therapist I, you will be responsible for preparing and delivering radiation therapy treatments, guided by protocols from Radiation Oncologists. Reporting to the Provincial Leader or Site Manager, your role includes engaging with patients to enhance their healing journey. You'll develop a variety of essential technical and interpersonal skills while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and provide accurate ionizing radiation treatments

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary oncology team

• Conduct treatment simulations and planning effectively

• Assist patients in a supportive and humane manner

• Utilize technology for patient records and documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Radiation Therapy

• Certification for Basic Life Saver (BLS)-C

• Licensed with Saskatchewan Association of Medical Radiation Technologists

• Member of the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists

• No prior experience needed
