Key Responsibilities:
• Lead academic, clinical, research, and operational activities
• Align priorities with College and SHA strategic objectives
• Connect education, research, and public health priorities
• Mentor faculty and support recruitment efforts
• Provide vision and administrative leadership for growth
Requirements:
• MD with eligibility for licensure in Saskatchewan
• Experience in academic and clinical leadership
• Ability to inspire diverse teams and stakeholders
• Strong strategic planning and administrative skills
• Excellence in communication within health systems
