Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome patients to enhance their experience

• Manage check-in and check-out processes for efficiency

• Perform pre-testing to assist in quality eye care

• Coordinate appointments and prepare prescription printouts

• Handle eyewear pick-ups and minor adjustments

Requirements:

• Previous retail experience considered an asset

• Proficient in MS Office Suite and other technologies

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multi-task effectively in a busy environment
