Medical Office Assistant - Part-Time

North Battleford, SK Starting Wage: $22.50/hour Company:

Guardian Radiology is hiring a part-time Medical Office Assistant to join our fast-paced, collaborative team in North Battleford. Whether you’re an experienced MOA or looking to build a career in healthcare administration, this is a great opportunity to grow with us.
What You’ll Do
* Greet and check in patients, creating a welcoming and professional experience
* Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries as needed
* Manage patient requisitions and medical correspondence (fax/email)
* Schedule, confirm, and adjust appointments efficiently
* Perform accurate data entry and maintain patient records
What We’re Looking For
* Strong computer skills and quick adaptability to new software
* Excellent attention to detail and confidentiality
* Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Team player who can also work independently
* MOA Certification or equivalent experience is an asset, but not required
