Support the Simulation Learning Center at Saskatchewan Polytechnic's Saskatoon Campus as a Simulation Assistant. This role involves collaborating on supply management and preparation of learning events.
As a Simulation Assistant, you will help onboard new staff and work closely with the SLC coordinator to manage lab supplies and equipment effectively.
Your role encompasses product research, suitability assessments, and preparing equipment for diverse simulation scenarios. You will contribute to the continuous improvement of simulation experiences for students and healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Help orient new simulation assistants to the lab
• Collaborate on inventory and supply management
• Conduct research on products and vendors
• Prepare equipment for simulation events and scenarios
• Maintain relationships with vendors and educational institutions
Requirements:
• Graduated from an accredited nursing program
• One year of simulation or health education experience
• Familiarity with MS Office software
• Knowledge of health education simulation products
• Valid driver's license required
