As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will engage in intensive case management with clients experiencing chronic mental illness and substance abuse issues. Your responsibilities will encompass medication management, crisis intervention, and community education, ensuring effective support and advocacy for clients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide intensive case management to clients
• Manage medications and respond to crises
• Counsel individuals and facilitate group education
• Consult with community agencies on mental health issues
• Mentor students and document client interactions
Requirements:
• Minimum three years experience in Mental Health
• Bachelor of Psychiatric Nursing or equivalent
• Valid Class 5 driver's license
• Membership in RPNAS
• BLS certification and additional training required
