Position: Full-Time Reimbursement Specialist Role

This position blends administrative competencies with customer service, as you will manage all documentation while ensuring patients receive their rightful medical interventions. Strong analytical and communication skills will be your tools to navigate funding options effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the coordination of prescription drug coverage

• Handle all necessary documentation for insurance submissions

• Implement Financial Means Tests for patient assistance

• Gain insights into public and private funding avenues

• Report Adverse Events in line with guidelines

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in a related field

• At least 2 years of relevant customer service experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Strong detail orientation and multitasking capabilities

• Bilingual skills in French and English are advantageous
