Clinical Trial Manager

Position: Clinical Trial Manager at Care Access
Drive community-focused research with Care Access in the role of Clinical Trial Manager, working remotely within Canada. Oversee trials and ensure effective protocol adherence to improve healthcare access.

In this pivotal role, the Clinical Trial Manager is responsible for the entire lifecycle of clinical projects. You will support study startup processes, monitor trials, manage risk, and maintain strong client communication. Your leadership will be vital in coordinating teams to ensure projects are delivered effectively on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive and manage projects from conception to completion

• Coordinate activities among various functional teams

• Support protocol compliance and staff performance

• Evaluate risks and develop mitigation strategies

• Maintain and share project logs and documentation

Requirements:

• At least 6 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry

• Preferred PMP certification and decentralized trial experience

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Experience liaising with diverse stakeholder groups
