Make a difference as a full-time Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist (LCAS) in Parkton, NC. This role focuses on providing comprehensive addiction care within a supportive team environment.
Working in southeastern integrated care, you will directly engage with clients through assessments, treatment planning, and therapy sessions. Your leadership in facilitating individual and group therapy will play a crucial role in clients' recovery journeys as you manage a supportive residential environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct initial and ongoing client assessments
• Develop and implement person-centered care plans
• Provide clinical guidance and supervision to counselors
• Engage families and provide education on recovery processes
• Ensure compliance with medical records standards
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in a related field required
• Minimum of one year supervisory experience preferred
• LCAS or CCS certification is essential
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Must have reliable transportation for local services
