Make a meaningful impact as a Field Case Manager s full-time role prioritizes exceptional communication, patient education, and building trust within healthcare communities to improve lives.
In this key position, you will be the primary contact for physicians, guiding them and their staff on program offerings and patient support. Your responsibilities include reviewing patient documentation, managing special authorizations, and adapting program services to meet specific healthcare provider needs. Experience in healthcare as a Registered Nurse (RN) or related degree is a plus, along with knowledge of reimbursement processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as primary contact for healthcare providers
• Educate providers on patient support resources
• Review patient charts and documentation thoroughly
• Manage special authorization and reimbursement processes
• Communicate updates to physicians on patient status
Requirements:
• RN or related degree required
• Knowledge of third-party reimbursement needed
• Bilingualism beneficial, especially for Quebec
• Previous case manager experience preferred
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills required
