Position: Clinical Information Systems Specialist Role

Reporting to the Manager, Digital Health, this role focuses on implementing EMR systems, overseeing quality assurance, auditing, and data integrity. You will work with vendors and various departments to facilitate installations and upgrades, and lead organization-wide transformation initiatives. Your expertise in project management, healthcare processes, and change management will be critical in driving successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage EMR systems aligning with clinical workflows

• Oversee quality assurance, auditing, and data integrity

• Lead application management and requirements gathering

• Collaborate with vendors and departments for systems changes

• Conduct risk assessments and gap analyses

Requirements:

• Two years of healthcare experience

• Relevant undergraduate degree or diploma

• Valid Class 5 driver's license

• Strong project management and analytical skills

• Knowledge of the Saskatchewan health care system
