Casual Support Worker L’Arche

In this role, you will engage actively with members, helping them with daily tasks, hygiene routines, and facilitating meaningful activities. You will also contribute to household operations and collaborate with the House Leader, ensuring all needs are met effectively and respectfully. Excellent communication skills are essential in this supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize engaging daily activities for members

• Assist with personal hygiene and care tasks

• Support laundry and cleaning duties as needed

• Accurately administer medications and maintain records

• Document daily member activities and communication

Requirements:

• At least 1 year experience in a respite or support role

• Must have a valid Class 5 Driver's License

• Current First Aid and CPR certification required

• Recent clear Criminal Record Check for Vulnerable Persons

• Physically able to lift 50lbs
