Elevate community mental health care as a Senior Assessor Coordinator with the PACT Team at Battlefords Union Hospital in North Battleford. This full-time role blends assessment, triage, and treatment to support individuals in crisis.
In this integral position, you will collaborate with mental health and addictions services while ensuring effective intervention and triage of adult populations. With at least two years of clinical experience, you will lead program coordination and evaluation of clinical interventions, offering consultation to enhance community mental health services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide screening and triage for mental health clients
• Coordinate treatment and case management services
• Evaluate clinical interventions for efficacy
• Supervise students in clinical placements
• Educate community and professionals on mental health resources
Requirements:
• 2 years of direct clinical experience
• Undergraduate degree or diploma in Nursing
• Valid Class 5 driver's license
• Registered with appropriate licensing body
• Flexibility to work shifts and access a vehicle
