Lyra Health is looking for an experienced counsellor to provide vital support for service users accessing EAP services. As the first point of contact, you will conduct assessments, manage risk cases, and deliver goal-focused support. This position requires an innovative approach to mental health, working in a collaborative environment with global clinical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the initial contact for EAP/mental health service users

• Provide goal-focused therapeutic support in real time

• Conduct brief assessments and implement risk management plans

• Liaise with affiliate clinicians for appointments

• Document all relevant information for case management

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in counselling relevant to the jurisdiction

• Accreditation with a recognized professional body

• Minimum 3 years of therapeutic delivery experience

• Strong background in high-pressure environments

• Client service orientation and excellent communication skills
