This fixed-term position entails 30–40 hours per week, with operations Monday to Saturday. As an Optical Associate, you will educate patients on eyewear tailored to their needs, interpret prescriptions, and perform crucial fittings.

Your role will also involve managing billing and facilitating smooth clinic operations to support exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and engage patients in various settings

• Guide patients in selecting suitable eyewear frames

• Interpret optical prescriptions and carry out fittings

• Coordinate appointments and prepare billing accurately

• Ensure customer service excellence throughout visits

Requirements:

• Previous experience in optical or retail settings preferred

• Ability to thrive amidst multiple tasks

• Technology-savvy, especially with MS Office Suite

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
