As a Client Care Coordinator reporting to the Clinic Operations Manager, you'll be the initial contact for clients seeking mental health services. Your responsibilities will include managing reception, coordinating appointments, and supporting clients in a multidisciplinary clinic. You’ll play a crucial role in facilitating smooth clinic operations and ensuring accessibility to patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent client service in-person and online
• Manage reception duties, including check-ins and check-outs
• Schedule appointments and liaise with clinicians
• Process billing and verify insurance coverage
• Maintain an organized clinic environment
Requirements:
• Medical administration certification or equivalent experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and digital tools
• Experience with third-party insurance billing preferred
• Strong time management and multitasking skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy
