In this full-time role, you will act as a vital link between patients, families, and healthcare providers. Your responsibilities will include coordinating appointments, managing administrative workflows, and facilitating effective communication among teams to ensure high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to patient and family inquiries with empathy
• Facilitate scheduling for virtual and in-person visits
• Accurately update patient records in EMR systems
• Support inter-team communication for timely care delivery

• Experience in healthcare administration or patient support
