In this part-time role, you will work under the supervision of the Residential Services Supervisor at Crossroads Residential Services. Supporting marginalized clients, you will document daily activities, adhere to program policies, and maintain respectful interactions. Your dedication to creating a safe and stable atmosphere will be instrumental in fostering a compassionate community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support residents with daily needs and activities
• Document resident activities in log books
• Collaborate with case management teams for effective support
• Manage petty cash and distribute hygiene products
• Address and report any incidents as necessary
Requirements:
• High school diploma required; social service diploma preferred
• Minimum one year experience in mental health support
• Non-Violent Crisis Intervention training or willingness to obtain
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in stressful, high-paced environments
