Position: Hybrid Pharmacy Technician Role
Step into a vital role at Providence Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital as a Pharmacy Technician in a hybrid environment. This position focuses on enhancing patient’s medication management and care coordination.

As a pharmacy technician, you will support the pharmacotherapy clinic by helping with communication, follow-up, and appointment coordination. Candidates should demonstrate excellent phone skills, organizational abilities, and proficiency with Epic and Microsoft Office tools. Your work will directly improve patient access to clinical services and ensure comprehensive monitoring and follow-up of therapy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor therapy adherence during patient check-ins

• Facilitate therapy start confirmations and assess initial experiences

• Manage scheduling for patient appointments and follow-ups

• Gather patient data and assist pharmacists in documentation

• Ensure timely tracking of labs and clinical monitoring parameters

Requirements:

• State licensure as a pharmacy technician is required

• Minimum of 1 year of pharmacy technician experience

• Preferred experience in a medical clinic environment

• High school diploma or GED required

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, with Epic knowledge
