MBK Night Shift Caregiver

Join MBK as a Night Shift Caregiver, where your role is vital in providing exceptional support to residents. This overnight position focuses on daily living activities from 10 PM to 6 AM.

As a Night Shift Caregiver, you will assist residents in their daily routines, helping them retain their dignity and respect. Key tasks include personal hygiene assistance, meal support, and participating in activities that enrich residents' lives. The position demands attentiveness and adherence to care plans to enhance resident quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain resident dignity and confidentiality

• Assist residents with hygiene and dressing

• Support residents during mealtime and activities

• Ensure safety through regular checks

• Communicate changes in residents' conditions immediately

Requirements:

• Minimum age of 18 and work authorization

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Current first aid certification required

• Preferred prior experience in caregiving

• Must effectively communicate in English
