Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist patients during check-in and check-out
• Handle incoming and outgoing patient calls efficiently
• Manage appointment scheduling per referral guidelines
• Resolve patient escalations effectively, providing service recovery
• Assist in welcoming and orienting new PAS staff members
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum of one year related healthcare experience
• Proficiency in Windows-based office software
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
