Your responsibilities will include designing and supervising developmental programs while demonstrating exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement developmental programs for individuals

• Supervise and assess adaptive behavior and progress

• Communicate effectively with teams and stakeholders

• Work independently and collaboratively with clients

• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or related field

• Experience with behavioral assessments and program design

• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities

• Valid driver’s license and CPR & First Aid certification

• Criminal record check with vulnerable sector approval required
