As a Customer Service and Oxygen Delivery Specialist, you will ensure clients receive oxygen services and products with care.
Your role is vital in boosting client confidence and health. Expect daily routes while preparing your van with necessary equipment, visiting grateful clients, and handling inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide oxygen services within a 3-hour radius
• Prepare and maintain oxygen equipment for client visits
• Educate clients on oxygen supply usage and service
• Manage inventory and perform shipping/receiving tasks
• Update electronic client files with care
Requirements:
• High school diploma completion
• Class 5 Driver’s License with clean record
• Strong organization and tech-savvy skills
• Capability to lift up to 70 lbs unassisted
• Comfortable using tablets and software
