Specialized Services Coordinator

The Position  Reporting to the Demonstration Project Manager, the Specialized Services Coordinator is responsible for the overall coordination of the Specialized Services Program under the STC Well Being Child and Family Services. The Specialized Services Program provides access to services (Mental Health Therapy, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, etc) to children and youth in STC First Nation communities and is funded through Jordan’s Principle.
The Specialized Service Coordinator will work with our partners, the First Nation communities of the Saskatoon Tribal Council and service providers to develop and implement the coordination of Specialized Services objectives. The Specialized Service Coordinator will also expand education and awareness associated with Specialized Services Program available to the STC community members, ultimately leading to a reduction of time in accessing assessments and provision of identified services for the clients.
Responsibilities   Coordinate the Specialized Services Program under STC Well Being Child and Family Services.
Collaborate with partners, First Nation communities of the Saskatoon Tribal Council, and service providers to develop and implement the coordination of Specialized Services objectives.
Expand education and awareness of the Specialized Services Program available to STC community members to reduce time in accessing assessments and provision of identified services.
