Relief Pharmacist

Walmart seeks a Relief Pharmacist to support Pharmacy Managers and Staff Pharmacists. This role involves engaging with patients, handling prescriptions, and coordinating with health care providers. You'll also follow established workflows to ensure patient privacy and safety during the dispensing process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure excellent patient experience during pharmacy visits

• Accept and process prescription requests accurately

• Maintain proper storage of pharmaceutical products

• Operate pharmacy equipment, including registers and computer systems

• Develop collaborative relationships with health care providers

Requirements:

• Must be 16 years or older

• Valid Pharmacist License required

• Additional prescribing authorization preferred (Alberta)
