Become a Personal Support Worker at Age Care Trilogy in Scarborough, ON. Deliver compassionate care while ensuring residents' needs are met with safety and dignity.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in monitoring care according to established plans
• Document relevant resident care information
• Participate in education sessions and staff meetings
• Help onboard new staff under supervision
• Comply with infection prevention and control practices
Requirements:
• Completed Personal Support Worker Certificate/Diploma Program
• Understanding of basic geriatric care and sanitation practices
• Ability to meet vocational standards set by educational institutions
• Experience with bedside care and simple treatments
• Strong communication skills for resident interaction
