In this role at WELL Health, you will serve as the primary contact for patients, ensuring their initial experience is welcoming and seamless. Tasks include scheduling appointments, documenting patient information, and collaborating closely with physicians. Upholding high standards of care, you'll maintain efficient operations through various clerical responsibilities while assisting in patient preparation for diagnostics.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome patients and collect necessary identification
• Schedule procedures and maintain smooth patient flow
• Support physicians and assist patients with mobility
• Keep accurate patient records and follow guidelines
• Operate medical office equipment with care
Requirements:
• 0-2 years of relevant experience in a healthcare setting
• Medical Office Administration diploma or equivalent
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Good command of English with effective communication
• Certification in CPR & First Aid is an asset
