In this permanent full-time role, you will be integral to Viewpoint, Canada's comprehensive healthcare management organization. Your responsibilities will include conducting assessments and implementing custom exercise programs for clients. This position allows you to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, focusing on reaching functional goals and enhancing client health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct fitness and functional assessments under supervision

• Develop and manage tailored exercise programs

• Assess client progress biweekly through functional testing

• Document findings accurately in client charts

• Offer educational sessions to enhance client understanding

Requirements:

• Registration with the College of Kinesiology of Ontario

• Degree in Kinesiology from an accredited university

• Experience in Occupational Rehabilitation is advantageous

• 1-5 years of relevant experience preferred

• Strong dedication to fostering client success
