Custom Health is looking for a committed pharmacist to enhance its Willowgrove pharmacy team. This part-time role invites new graduates to actively participate in providing specialized pharmacy services. You will collaboratively manage pharmacy operations, ensuring safe and effective drug therapy for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review prescriptions and dispense medications accurately
• Gather and maintain detailed patient medication profiles
• Provide expert advice on proper medication usage
• Support the delivery of Spencer devices at patient homes
• Manage pharmacy operations and assist Pharmacy Technicians
Requirements:
• Valid pharmacist license for Saskatchewan is required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in teams
• Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
