Dynamic Casual Support Professional Needed

Become a Casual Direct Support Professional with Karis Disability Services in Saskatoon, providing essential support to individuals with developmental disabilities. Flexible shift availability, including days and weekends, is crucial for this role.

In this position, you will help individuals live independently and connect with their community. Candidates must have a Saskatchewan Class 5 driver's license, as well as pass a Vulnerable Sector Police Check. Your work will include assisting in daily life activities and fostering meaningful connections.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist service users with daily living and community activities

• Fill in for various shifts as needed based on demand

• Cultivate positive relationships with individuals and their support systems

• Ensure safety and support in the living environment

• Collaborate effectively with a diverse team

Requirements:

• Valid Saskatchewan Driver's License and reliable transport

• Clear Vulnerable Sector Police Check

• Preferably 3-6 months experience in support roles

• Education in developmental services beneficial

• Commitment to representing diversity in care
