Expand your counseling practice with Dialogue as an Independent In-Person EAP Provider. Engage with clients needing mental health support through solution-based consultations.
Dialogue seeks licensed professionals to join our esteemed EAP network across Canada. You will have the flexibility to accept client referrals based on local demand, augmenting your current practice. Your approach should be focused on empowering clients to overcome their challenges in a judgment-free setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Accept client referrals aligned with your expertise
• Conduct short-term, focused counseling sessions
• Help clients identify personal challenges they face
• Maintain a welcoming environment for open dialogue
• Guide clients to additional resources when applicable
Requirements:
• Relevant university degree in a counseling field
• Needed: a professional license and insurance
• Must have office space in Canada for sessions
• Interest in or experience with short-term counseling
• Knowledge of community resources preferred
