The Manager of the Emergency Department will connect operational initiatives with provincial healthcare goals, reporting directly to the Director of Emergency Services. Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with stakeholders to set operational goals
• Execute and monitor business plans related to Emergency care
• Enhance service delivery through collaborative efforts
• Lead with a focus on client satisfaction
• Foster an innovative work culture within the department
Requirements:
• Five years of relevant senior leadership experience
• Educational background in Nursing or related health fields
• Valid Class 5 driver's license
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Ensure licensing compliance with health authorities
