Solution First Therapy is a growing mental health practice in Toronto with a team of 70 therapists dedicated to providing high-quality individual therapy services. We're committed to developing the next generation of mental health professionals through comprehensive training and mentorship. We are a therapy practice built on the question: "How do we help our clients no-longer need us?"

We're looking for an experienced Clinical Supervisor for Registered Psychotherapists (Qualifying) to join our team as a Clinical Supervisor. In this full-time role, you'll shape the clinical development of practicum students and qualifying members, guiding them from early skill-building through to confident, competent practice.

This is a role for someone who finds genuine fulfillment in teaching, mentoring, and watching emerging therapists find their footing.

• Conduct weekly one-on-one supervision sessions with each student
• Review recorded therapy sessions and provide detailed, constructive feedback
• Observe student sessions and offer real-time guidance when appropriate
• Create individualized development plans based on each student's strengths and growth areas

• Train students in evidence-based modalities including CBT, ACT, and IFS
• Develop competency in foundational therapeutic skills: rapport building, active listening, case conceptualization, and treatment planning
• Foster cultural competency and humility in clinical practice
• Guide students in navigating ethical considerations and professional boundaries
• Support development of clinical documentation and note-writing skills

• Contribute to the structure and curriculum of our training program
• Identify resources, readings, and learning opportunities to support student growth
• Track student progress and readiness for independent practice
• Collaborate with academic institutions on practicum requirements and evaluations

• Registered Psychotherapist (RP) in good standing with CRPO
• Approved or eligible as a Clinical Supervisor under CRPO guidelines
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience post-registration
• Strong foundation in CBT, ACT, and/or IFS with direct application in practice
• Experience supervising or mentoring students, interns, or junior clinicians
