En tant que spécialiste des applications cliniques, Rayons-x & Chirurgie, vous serez responsable de la conduite et de l’exécution des processus et programmes cliniques et éducatifs tout en développant des relations solides avec les comptes de clients cliniques. • Coordinate, schedule and deliver objective based system / feature training and education support for customer accounts over an extended period while demonstrating full range of product features, capabilities and benefits.
• Execute training through rigorous implementation of skill checklists and assessments and drive thorough recording of outcomes.
• Communicate results to broad constituency.
• Produce well‑written post‑training reports and provide regular feedback on customer satisfaction and needs.
• Advance new product (NPI) features and imaging techniques; partner with customers in developing training plans / strategies that support new product assimilation and ongoing training needs.
• Act as focal point for modality / team, identify customer satisfaction issues and specialty training requests.
• Develop meaningful relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) to standardize and optimize protocols and support our clinical education initiatives.

• Must have active CAMRT or OTIMRS professional clinical/technical certifications.
• Current clinical/ technical experience in hospital/clinic setting with demonstrated proficiency in the radiography modality.
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills, with ability to work independently.
• Willingness to travel extensively (including overnights & some weekends) within your specified geographic region and nationally, and into the US for internal training.
• Ability to communicate effectively using local language (English), Bilingual French an asset.
• Previous Clinical Applications or instructing experience an asset.

• Coordonner, planifier et dispenser des formations sur les systèmes et les fonctionnalités, ainsi qu’un soutien pédagogique pour les comptes clients sur une période prolongée, tout en démontrant l’ensemble des caractéristiques, des capacités et des avantages des produits.
• Exécuter la formation par la mise en œuvre rigoureuse de listes de contrôle et d’évaluations des compétences et veiller à l’enregistrement approfondi des résultats.
• Communiquer les résultats à un large public.
• Produire des rapports postérieurs à la formation bien documentés et fournir des commentaires régulièrement sur la satisfaction et les besoins de la clientèle.
• Faire progresser les caractéristiques des nouveaux produits et les techniques d’imagerie; col laborer avec les clients à l’élab oration de plans et de stratégies de formation qui soutiennent l’assimilation des nouveaux produits et les besoins de formation…
