Com Psych, a leader in organizational mental health, is seeking clinicians to enhance its Employee Assistance Program. This role involves providing solutions-focused counseling centered around practical strategies for overcoming workplace stress, anxiety, and relationship issues. You'll coordinate closely with clients, ensuring continuity of care through direct interaction within local communities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver solution-focused EAP counseling primarily in-person

• Conduct intake assessments and clinical evaluations

• Support clients in navigating work-life balance challenges

• Maintain timely clinical documentation per standards

• Coordinate with Com Psych’s intake and referral processes

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in a related behavioral health field

• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience post-master’s

• Highest-level professional accreditation required

• Active professional liability insurance where applicable
