As a Support Worker, you'll be responsible for teaching daily living skills and supporting client interactions with various professionals.

Your role includes ensuring clients engage in socially appropriate behaviors and tracking their progress in developing essential life skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach daily living skills such as cooking and personal care

• Facilitate interactions with healthcare and community professionals

• Find and support meaningful activities for clients

• Document client progress and report to supervisors

• Drive clients in your personal vehicle as needed

Requirements:

• Disability or Rehabilitation Support Worker Certificate required

• At least one year of relevant experience

• Valid Class 5 Driver's License and vehicle access

• First Aid/CPR/AED Certification within three months

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
