Com Psych, the leader in mental health solutions, is looking for licensed behavioral health clinicians to enhance its EAP Provider Network. This position focuses on delivering effective, solution-oriented counseling while helping clients navigate workplace challenges and personal issues. Engage in direct face-to-face interactions while maintaining compliance with clinical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer in-person short-term EAP counseling sessions

• Perform clinical assessments and evaluations

• Assist clients with work-life balance and stress issues

• Maintain documentation according to ethical standards

• Work with Com Psych’s clinical processes for continuity of care

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in a related behavioral health area

• Minimum 3 years post-master's clinical experience

• Required highest-level professional accreditation

• Liability insurance coverage active where applicable

• Provide a current resume or CV for application
