Primary FocusThe Wellness & Footcare Nurse is responsible for the overall development, coordination, and implementation of training programs, foot care, and wellness services within Home Support Services in Luther Care Communities (LCC). This position will assist the service area to achieve organizational priorities and goals. Reporting to the Home Help Manager (the Manager), the Wellness & Footcare Nurse supports strategy by executing divisional plans, including cascading, monitoring, reporting, and course correction.
Wellness & Footcare Nurse is responsible for ensuring that the quality of the Foot Care services to residents in our facilities setting is compliant with legislation and standards of practice The Wellness & Footcare Nurse demonstrates service area expertise to enable an innovative and positive working climate in a resident-first culture. The Wellness & Footcare Nurse works within the service area and cross-functionally to support operations in the organization.
Status:
Casual position, with the possibility of additional hours as the business continues to grow
Hours:
Weekdays, Monday to Friday (flexible hours based on client demand)
