Wellness and Disability Management Consultant

Lead health initiatives at the City of Saskatoon as a Wellness and Disability Management Consultant. This temporary full-time position focuses on vital employee wellness programs.

We are looking for a knowledgeable Health and Wellness Consultant for a 12-month term at the City of Saskatoon. You will oversee the management and implementation of corporate health and wellness programs while acting as a key link between employees and management in disability cases. Your expertise will directly impact employee health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement health and wellness programs

• Coordinate health assessments and claims management

• Facilitate meetings for effective case resolutions

• Monitor contracted health service activities

• Provide training on health management protocols

Requirements:

• Degree in a relevant discipline

• Experience of 4-6 years in disability management

• Knowledge of workplace health regulations

• Proven report writing and presentation skills

• Valid Saskatchewan Class 5 Driver’s License
