We are seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Medical Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support and ensure patients receive courteous and efficient service in a busy, supportive, and collaborative healthcare environment.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist patients in person and over the phone.
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments.
  • Register patients and maintain accurate medical records.
  • Answer inquiries and direct calls appropriately.
  • Process referrals, forms, and other administrative documents.
  • Receive and distribute faxes, emails, and correspondence.
  • Verify patient information and update records as required.
  • Handle billing, payments, and other front-desk duties.
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with privacy regulations.
  • Support physicians and clinic staff with general administrative tasks.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a medical office is required.
  • Proficiency with Accuro electronic medical record (EMR) system is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional, dependable, and patient-focused approach.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology is considered an asset.
