Health Care Manager

This vital role at the Public Health Office in Saskatoon reports to the Director of Primary Health Care. With over five years of healthcare experience, you will create and execute business plans while monitoring progress towards SHA objectives. This position requires strong leadership, critical thinking, and the ability to build partnerships across community health services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee operational and business plans

• Foster collaboration with community and system partners

• Inspire teams and promote a positive working environment

• Monitor implementation and report on health care goals

• Support strategic initiatives aligned with SHA mission

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare organizations

• Degree in health or social science

• Valid Class 5 driver's license

• Professional leadership training

• Knowledge of the Saskatchewan health care system
