Continuing Care Assistant

All Ways of Caring Home Care is seeking compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Continuing Care Assistants (CCAs) / Caregivers to join our team in Rosthern and surrounding communities.

In this role, you will provide personalized, one-on-one care to clients in their own homes. Your support will help clients maintain their safety, comfort, dignity, independence, and quality of life while remaining in a familiar environment.

• Provide compassionate, person-centred care based on each client’s individual needs.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Support clients with mobility and daily routines as required.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with meal preparation and other appropriate household tasks.
• Observe and report changes in a client’s condition or needs.
• Maintain respectful and professional communication with clients, families, and the care team.
• Follow established care plans, safety procedures, and organizational policies.
• Maintain client privacy, dignity, and confidentiality at all times.
• Travel to client homes throughout Rosthern and surrounding communities.

• CCA certification or equivalent healthcare training preferred.
• Previous experience in home care, caregiving, or healthcare is an asset.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Reliable access to a vehicle.
• Willingness and ability to travel to client homes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient, dependable, and respectful approach to care.
• Ability to work independently while following established care plans and procedures.
• CPR/First Aid certification is an asset.
