Key Responsibilities:- Provide Companionship:
Engage with clients through meaningful conversation, hobbies, meal preparation, and social interaction
-level 1 - Assist with Daily Living (ADLs):
Help with diet monitoring, walking, personal hygiene care, and other essential daily activities
-level 2 - Deliver Non-Medical Care:
Support clients with normal aging challenges and hospital recovery needs
-levels as assessed LPN, RN as required - Follow & Advise on Care Plans:
Adhere to our client's designated care plans and provide accurate updates as changes are observed - Meal & Home Support:
Assist with basic meal preparation and light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe environment
- Client-Focused Care: A strong willingness to learn new skills to measurably better the lives of our clients
- Strong Communication:
Verbal and written skills an asset to interact effectively with families and teammates - Task Management:
Proven ability to organize, prioritize, and manage daily tasks efficiently - Dignity & Support: A dedicated commitment to providing care while preserving the clients self-worth, dignity and independence
- Credentials: level 2 or above
Valid CCA or LPN, RN license (as applicable to role) - Requirements:
CRC, VSC, bondable
