Position: Full-Time Patient Services Specialist
Become a vital part of FYidoctors Saskatoon - Market Mall as a Patient Services Specialist. Deliver exceptional patient care and support in a full-time capacity until November 2027.

As a Patient Services Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of patient interaction in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Your role involves greeting patients, managing check-ins and check-outs, and coordinating appointments. Engage with patients via phone, email, and in person while supporting comprehensive eye care with pre-testing and eyewear management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients during their visits

• Manage patient check-in and check-out processes

• Perform pre-testing to facilitate eye care services

• Coordinate appointments, prescriptions, and billing

• Handle eyewear pick-ups and minor adjustments

Requirements:

• Previous retail experience preferred

• Ability to multi-task effectively

• Proficiency in MS Office and technology

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Team player with a proactive growth mindset
