Occupational Therapist.

- Demonstrated critical thinking and analytical skills
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Motivated professional who can work with minimal supervision
- Strong knowledge of practice and regulations
- Travel to all coastal sites
- Provide assessment, treatment, and education to all inpatient, outpatient, and regional clients
- Plan, implement, and evaluate methods of treatment while modifying when necessary
- Contributes to departmental operational plan while advancing the goals and objectives of the organization
- Develops, establishes, and maintains standards of knowledge, skills, and competence by developing programs to promote continuing education
- Comply with all regulations and professional directives as provided by the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
- Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy and registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario (COTO) and professional liability insurance
- Experience working in a hospital setting and amputee rehabilitation is considered an asset
- Demonstrated ability to manage a large/diversified workload with rapidly changing priorities and challenging deadlines
