As a vital member of the Integrated Urban Health - Acute Care Surgical Services portfolio, you will leverage your five years of leadership experience and expertise in change management. You'll play a critical role in strategic planning and fostering a client-centric culture while collaborating with system and community partners to enhance surgical operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead development and implementation of surgical service improvements
• Demonstrate leadership to foster an innovative work environment
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support surgical operations
• Develop partnerships with community and system stakeholders
• Facilitate quality improvement projects in surgical care
Requirements:
• Five years of leadership experience in healthcare
• Undergraduate degree in health-related field or nursing
• Valid Class 5 driver's license
• Knowledge of Saskatchewan health care system
• Proven ability to inspire and lead teams effectively
