Compensation:
Competitive split-based compensation + performance incentives (commensurate with experience)
- Provide hands‑on massage therapy treatments tailored to patient needs and goals
- Assess patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with physiotherapists and other practitioners on integrated care plans
- Educate patients on injury prevention, recovery strategies, and self‑care techniques
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Build and manage your own caseload with support from clinic referrals
