As part of the prestigious Com Psych EAP Provider Network, you will offer high-quality behavioral health counseling focused on workplace-related issues. You'll engage with clients facing challenges, ensuring compliance with ethics and clinical standards. This role emphasizes on-ground interactions, aiming to provide meaningful solutions during personal and professional difficulties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver short-term, solution-focused EAP counseling services

• Conduct intake assessments and clinical evaluations

• Support clients with workplace stress, anxiety, and relationship challenges

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with regulatory standards

• Coordinate care with Com Psych’s clinical processes

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in a behavioral health field

• A minimum of 3 years clinical experience

• Professional accreditation or registration required

• Active professional liability insurance
