Reporting to the Director of Finance, the Manager, Human Resources is responsible for the human resources function and supports the Administration function of Autism Services. The HR Manager is an integral part of the management team. The role supports the Director of Finance, CEO & Management Team with the full cycle of the organisation's HR & Administration functions.
Qualifications& Experience
- Proven experience in Human Resources in a senior advisor or leadership role, preferably with a CPHR or related, and familiar with labour standards and strong experience with the human resources lifecycle for a period of at least 3 years.
- Strong administration and file management skills.
- Skilled with Microsoft Excel and other data tools.
- Experience with payroll is an asset.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong people skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
This position offers a competitive not‑for‑profit sector salary from $64,610 to $78,533/yr, based on qualifications, skills & experience.
